Property Management


  • Ready to maximise your rental income? Hand over the keys and we will take care of everything for you.
  • Our management fee of 19% (excluding GST) of your gross rental revenue cover all services, including linen hire and purchase & restocking of consumables.

  • Variable pricing for fast and slow periods

We Rent from You


  • Want above market returns for your rental, but worried about the risk of low seasons and variable cashflow? We can make it happen!
  • Together we will decide on a fixed rate, which you will be paid regardless of season or market fluctuations. This is usually 5-10% above market value, depending on your property
  • Guaranteed, risk-free, above market rental earnings
  • We are your professional tenants. No late rent. Property maintained to the highest standard.

Stephen Colman

Director of Finance

Ensuring you never have to worry about cash flow, Stephen is our Director of Finance. He manages the financial aspects of your properties, ensuring guests pay on time and earnings hit your bank account like clockwork every month.

Daniel Ng

Director of Technology

Daniel manages the HostKeep technical infrastructure and online guest servicing as our Director of Technology. He ensures guest queries are answered quickly, calendars are kept up to date and emergencies are dealt with immediately – so you don’t have to lift a finger.
